Not bothered. Wingers crossing from the line or hoofball aren't great to watch, so I wouldn't wish for a 6' 4" forward. I just think we need someone who can play with his back to goal, has an instinctive feel for where his shot is. Not an easy find though.

What like Man Utds new striker, came on he is 6ft 5" couldn't jump and didn't win a header, we need a goalscorer, an intelligent forward that creates space, brings in other players and movement allows them to be in the right place at the right time.

Last one who fitted this bill was Will Grigg. Not a prolific goalscorer but his attacking instincts and spacial awareness brought other players into the attacking scenario and made us a much more threatening force.

Fully agreed I think grigg is by far the best forward we've had in recent years. Maybe he lacked pace and didn't quite have the eye for goal Georgie did, but his hold up play was far better than any of the big lumps we've had (hugill, jch, Smith), and the team played much better football with him in it
