So you posted a link to an absurd Tweet tthat made a comparison between arrests at The Notting Hill Festival and yesterday's demo and are now calling me out for the look what someone else did tactic.....Originally posted by Back of the net View PostOh yes the look what someone else did tactic. The lefts MO celebrating someone getting shot is sick. But only if you have a moral compass.
Seriously..........?
Please tell me that you are on a wind up (an IBS multi maybe?). Nobody can be so lacking in self awareness in real life.

I could name 3 or 4 on here comfortably who are worse than BOTN. Its not even close even if you have a point.Originally posted by KerrAvon View PostSo you posted a link to an absurd Tweet tthat made a comparison between arrests at The Notting Hill Festival and yesterday's demo and are now calling me out for the look what someone else did tactic.....

True lack of self awareness or understanding of reality.

Just some info on the guy everyone was marching for this weekend.
* In 2005, Mr. Robinson was given prison time for [**assault**](https://leftfootforward.org/2010/06/...s-ex-bnp-thug/)
* Tommy assaulted an off-duty police officer who was attempting to intervene in a domestic incident between Tommy and his partner.
* In 2011, he was charged with [**threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour**](https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2011/...-founder-brawl)
* This was due to Mr. Robinson leading a street brawl with over 100 football fans. Police officers on scene described it as incredibly intimidating to members of the public.
* Later in 2011, he received another [**assault charge**](https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-englan...shire-13784285)
* This was a charge of common assault which took place at an EDL demonstration in Blackburn.
* In 2013, he was again sent to prison, this time for [**possession of a false passport**](https://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...t-8441318.html)
* Tommy Robinson attempted to travel to the U.S using someone else?s passport, but was stopped at JFK airport.
* Another count of fraud he was charged with in 2013 was [**mortgage fraud**](https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-25862838)
* Tommy was involved in a fraudulent conspiracy to obtain a mortgage through ?misrepresentation?.
* In 2018, Tommy Robinson was put into custody for [**breach of the peace**](https://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...-a8368821.html)
* After an hour of Facebook live broadcasting, Tommy was arrested outside the Leeds Crown Court.
* In 2019, Tommy was found guilty of being in [**contempt of court**](https://www.channel4.com/news/stephe...book-broadcast)
* This is due to ?aggressively confronting? the defendants on trial for grooming children and inciting his followers to do the same. It resulted in the case almost being thrown out of court.
We could go on about his criminal record, including [**drug abuse**](https://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...-a8776991.html) and [**football hooliganism**](https://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...-a8948591.html), but you get the picture.

Nelson Mandela was officially designated a terrorist until 2008.
He was associated with the armed wing of the African National Congress (ANC), Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK), which was formed in 1961.
While early operations were largely targeted at military and government facilities, some attacks in the 1980s targeted civilian locations like shopping centres and bars, resulting in casualties.
Funny how times change, eh?

I think that they are patriotic. I believe my family members that were there along within a group of people from Rotherham are patriotic but don?t share all the same views.Originally posted by Townerslovechild View PostFrog,Robinson and crew are obviously what you think being a patriot is,I find that very sad,and a bit worrying.
Do you belief that everyone that went on that march or supports the cause is like Tommy Robinson?
MPs called everyone on that march a fasciste. Other people call them Nazi. Some of these people will be your neighbours your colleagues and your friends.

Pretty much where I got to. If Yaxley-Lennon and Musk are the answer, the question has been lost in the long grass.Originally posted by Townerslovechild View PostPatriots Frog ?
March led by Robinson with Musk sticking his nose in,f*ck me.
Patriotism is a messy game, but nationalism dressed up as patriotism always seems an effective way to unite the dregs of society. Any defence of Yaxley-Lennon is laughable, but anyone taking Musk seriously as an anchor to their moral, ethical or political views needs their mental wellness assessed.
Car crash territory all round.

Sky have apparently taken this down but here is what one of their presenters had to say about the march.
I am reposting this with a saved video. Sky in the time honoured tradition of the MSM, have deleted this commentary from Trevor Phillips. Why? Because it is a fair and valid account of yesterday’s event. What Sky wanted was a pack of lies slagging it off instead. Outrageous. https://t.co/gHbqNTzL7A

I hate to spoil the narrative that is carefully calculated to reinforce mistrust in any source other than Twitter, but the clip hasn't been taken down.Originally posted by frogmiller View PostSky have apparently taken this down but here is what one of their presenters had to say about the march.

I'm a proud yorkshire man, proud to be British, but walking round with George cross ,cheering people like Robinson is nothing to do with patriotism.
Britain, along with most countries is mongrel nation, built on immigration going back centuries, very few of us,if any are pure "English".
I will guarantee Robinson is made up from many different parts of the world, Trump is Scottish isn't he and Musk is south African for f*cks sake!
Hateful scrotes like Robinson have always been around, and would go back under the rock he came from soon enough, but with support from the likes of Leccy man and Faraaaaage he will gain some traction, especially given how social media works, but decent people need to say you don't represent me or my country.
