Price exceptional and thought Heggbo looked a real threat. Man of the Match was Phillips who should get the Captains arm band.

Thought the sending off was harsh but Furlong should not put himself in this position and not for the first time either.

I was out yesterday and recorded the match which I saw today. I thought that Price was outstanding especially the energy he showed. Also the young Viking looked a bit of a handful and I can see him becoming a crowd favourite. I still think that we need another decent midfielder in our line up as I didn't realise that Mowatt was playing until the half hour mark! Furlong is still a Marmite player for me as he does some good things, especially the long throw weapon, and then does stupid things like his attempt to clear the ball in the first 10 mins when he swung his leg out twice and missed the ball. I thought that we were very impressive in the first 30 minutes but then let Rovers run the game. However, a good first 3 points and there is hope for the rest of the season. Maybe not top 6 but certainly very comfortable just below that level.
