People slated Pulis but the football under Mason and Ramsay is much worse. The big difference too was under Pulis it was in the Premier and not a poor Championship!

Clearly, he is very articulate and has a typical consultant command of English. His expressed himself well in the end of match interview and confirmed that there will be no change in his match plan !!!! Therefore we must hope that the players manage to understand it, because I suspect he will remain as head coach.

I agree but go a goal down and playing like that it will turn toxic! Rather have Styles back and play on the front foot! He needs to revisit the Leicester match and forget his MLS pub tactics!

Let us look at the situation logically. Under Mason we were always in games and did not lose any game by more than one goal. Also we did not have the rub of the green in many games when we were, in all honesty, often the better side. These are the same players who have been absolutely shambolic under Ramsay. Why? The reason, to my mind anyway, is the system, tactics and selection employed. Many of us were, and rightly so, critical of Mason but under Ramsay it is something else. It is obvious to any sane individual that the way he wants us to play just does not suit the players that he has at his disposal. This in turn has resulted in a complete lack of confidence and direction.

What can be done? For a start he needs to look at games where we have played well, employ the same approach and select the same players. If the players are happy with the system that they are playing they have a chance of succeeding. However, at this moment in time they are running around like headless chickens not having a clue what they are supposed to be doing. A recipe for disaster.
