Read into this what you will but I'm surprised at some still looking to be retained.....pleased though for the Academy scholars.

Interesting - I wonder what criteria we used in that selection process
One thing is for sure, we have to get on top of the constant, season after season, injury crises. Bring in robust players, rather than a dozen game a season, inconsistent show ponies. Forget going back up, we need to avoid another drop - stabilising is crucial for the sake of the club and fans. Tough season ahead, I reckon
Definitely wouldn't keep Mcwilliams. Rest most agree with. J Holmes if we keep him only offer a years contract if we are looking to go straight back up.
Cant argue, gutted Rafferty is staying - thought he was one of the worst players last season. Wouldnt keep McWilliams or Yearwood. Thought Benson might have got a pay as you play deal - not bothered he is going though. Think Powell will be good in L2 but will have options to stay in L1.
The retained and released lists are two real rogues' *********.
The only two players who will interest anyone else are Nombe and Powell.
Those staying should thank their lucky stars.
The ones leaving face a very uncertain future most likely outside professional football.
When you look at all these names you realise we are at an all time low
