Just had a telephone call from Jet2 holidays, regarding our coronavirus cancelled 3 week holiday in Turkey, in May 2020. The lady holiday advisor asked if I want to rebook, or take the other options, asking what my thoughts were regarding the options, I said I required a full refund on the holiday, the lady said no problem, the money will be back in your account in 7 to 10 days, and that I would receive a e-mail in the next 24 hours to confirm.
No pressure to rebook a holiday, or to take a voucher, in fact the lady never mentioned a voucher.
