    GP...I don’t think I’d mentioned ‘scrapping’ anything...but if such ‘certificates’ are to achieve their purpose than, sadly, the counterfeiting issue has to be dealt with.

    Are you sure you weren’t in the ‘History Boys’...he didn’t take you to the library on the back of his motorbike did he?
