I do agree with Keld when he says we probably have more in common than we think. We mostly have the basic set of values regarding helping people and hopefully improving the world for everyone not just the few (There are exceptions of course, yes Suella I'm looking at you)

Who's caring about the future though when all you're thinking about is the next term? One comes in, takes the others work apart, then they go out and the new takes their work apart and so it goes on. Can't they get together to form a basic set of ideals that we should strive for as a country? Fight over the lesser stuff but at the core should be a healthy NHS, a proper immigration system (setting up places all over the world to apply for asylum would be a start, plus a proper processing system here. Yes this will cost alot of money but we find it for other things) The right to protest (If we worked with some of these groups and really commitred to leaving a planet for future generations with plant and wildlife intact, then alot might curtail their protests anyway, of course you'll still get some but improvements can be made) The bill of human rights, clean water in rivers and seas, enough affordable housing with facilities. Things like these should be the basics of what our government maintains.

I don't believe though, that Gammon is a race and instead definitely applied by myself to people who maintain an air of bigotry.
