He trained and had aspirations of becoming a fitness guy and that's great...but managers development takes years.....
Strength in depth is a common phrase in football and obviously it's related to the quality of the squad - cover for each position and the quality of that cover.
We'll you could say the same with any manager really but in football when you really do think on your feet - the experience of football tactics - players - systems - other teams....etc needs to have that "Strength in depth"....and Warne and Barker together do not have enough to rebuild Rotherham United from the foundations up..!
