With regards to the rest of the comments sounds like decent planning but given the amount of players out...only 2-3 more in before pre-season seems well shy of what we need...

So we're looking at a team of, as things stand and assuming, Flood Mikk and Murdoch are here.

    Bell

    Murdoch...Durnan....Edge.....Scobbie

    .........Flood.......Toshney.......

    King.......Keatings........Fraser....

    .........Mikk.....

Phuck me, that's a team to strike fear into no kunt but our own fans.

To be absolutely fair that's not the worst line up, although Flood and Toshney do kinda make it look worse. Also it's been made abundantly clear we are bringing players in so don't get why people are just being negative for the hell of it. A little patience perhaps?

When rebuilding I'd always like to see quality added as opposed to quantity so I'm happy to wait and see who he brings in.

I've been very critical of Flood and if he gets a new deal I'd be disappointed because I think we can do better.
Our inability to keep the ball well enough hurt us in the games I saw - giving it back to the opposition all the time just invited more and more pressure on our defence. We badly need a Charlie Miller type who can make more time on the ball and find a forward pass. Until we find that player we lack creativity in the middle.

Some say stats are misleading but in most of the games I followed last year I had the BBC text on at the same time and our split of possession was nowhere near good enough, so hopefully this coming season we will do better on that. With Flood in the team I doubt we will tbh.

Take Fraser out of that team and there is virtually no flair whatsoever, what i cant understand about McKinnon is although he wasted his career with his off field behaviour he was a very gifted footballer so why is it as a manager he wants to pay money for hammer thrower signing's like Toshney?.
If the team above plays together next season two things are certain,1 there will be huge swathes of empty seats all around Tannadice and 2 we will NEVER win the league,FACT.

4 of that line up are not even certs.

    Far too early to judge.

    It would appear not

Off to South Africa for 3 weeks. cant say i will be checking for updates in that time. still no confidence in ray but worse still losing interest. Yes far too early to judge but maybe a wee break from caring will do the trick. although i can predict the sh!te we are about to sign

Meeting down south next week about others coming on trial.
Hopefully another 2-3 signings for pre season starting (28th june).
    Wants more width.
Wants at least another 2 strikers.
In talks with Mikkelsons club about getting him back.
Has been down south for past 6-8 weeks looking at players and speaking to agents.
Wants to add more strength to the team.
There will be 3 friendly games prior to the raith cup game on the 15th July but none at tannadice.
Out of contract players have verbally agreed to sign new deals (Flood and Murdoch).
If we are paying Taylor a wage and McKinnon is saying in the press that Darren has hardly spent any time with his family due to all the scouting work he is doing across the country why are we bringing in trialists?,if he is doing his job properly we dont need to bring in players on trial surely?.

Surely Taylor's job is to find/ recommended players for the manager to have a look at??? Manager gets the final say
