Rodak: never play him again. Defence don't know if they want a sh*t or a shave with him in goal. Only Ihiekwe good enough out of the defence sat'. 2 cup games coming up, get Emmanuel & Hinds up to speed. Ajayi in, give Manny some game time. Forde & Newell wouldn't even be on the bench if we had someone else. Get Wiles on bench for one of them. Ball don't rate him, Yates never make it. But JCH can't get a look in. Bailey-King is on loan but can play for the reserves, don't know about the 1st team. Vaulks is back so at least we'll have some drive in the side. Taylor if he's going to start on the right, same as Forde can't cross with his left foot but he's twice player Forde is. Does that sum it up. Another thing. Recruitment, don't just look at profiles of players we can afford, got to have some ability ie Rodak, Emmanuel, Purrington, Bray, Ajayi, Manny.

I only saying what people were saying at HT under the SW stand. Rodak & Forde weren't being spoken of in high regards. Sat next to me 2nd H bloke said to me Ball is crap & Newell same.

Tbf frog if a opponent had done that foul on one of our players I hope other millers players would react the same. I don't think we can blame ref, Gillingham, or watering the pitch regards this one. As you say mattock was a ****

You're right Cayton I would not have been happy and I would expect at least a yellow for him for the foul

The ref was right int middle of it and should have stepped back to have a better look The fourth official stood their with the board in one hand and the thumb of the other up his arse No consultation between them at all

It surprised me when Woods joined the end of the queue and shouted something at Mattock only for him to pushed away like the others The red mist hey

I have been thinking of the Mattock sending off.

If anyone watches the footage again have a look at the three or four Gillingham players who formed a line verbally abusing him as he was walking too and from the referee.
This was the ideal point for a fourth official to do his job and protect Mattock and their players.

Don't get me wrong I thought Mattock was unprofessional and a tw@t for doing what he did but I kind of get what he did and why he did it.

He didn't punch anyone and his push would't effect the pushing over of an old woman!

Absolutely agree Frog. Mattock acted like an idiot but the Gillingham players must have thought "job done" when he got his second yellow. There were other instances where a Gills player went down to an innocuous challenge and lay on the floor slapping the ground with his hand, as though he had a multiple fracture, while his pals rounded on the "evil" tackler. Team tactics I reckon. A weak ref helped their cause
