I don't buy the fact though that Pardew has to unravel a mess - the team finished 10th last year and no such thing in luck over a season in the premiership. Players should raise their game for any new manager, and must say on Saturday's performance against the worst team in the premiership - we were woeful. Sorry, but you can't blame Pulis for that. Don't buy the fact either that Pardew needs a lot more players.

Many were saying Pulis had to go as West Brom had the best squad ever and our position in the league on this basis was a disaster.

So over to you Pardew - with a better squad than last year ( fact ), what are you going to do about it and we are only just in December??????????
Knowing how you feel about Pulis perhaps 'mess' was the wrong phrase to use...sorry for that Al.

We created enough chances against Swansea to have won the match fairly easily...a new forward line and a right back this window should see us ok this season....but get 'em early in the window no more last day bollox...down to the slow coaches in the back room again.
