    I don't think this will be for long though. What we need is thinkers with vision in this position rather than @rselickers.

    The correct appointed youth coaches could save this club millions as well as build towards success.

    It's short sighted money pinching to economise in this department.

    what he had was natural talent
    you cant coach that

    i remeber gazza at boston and kettering

    he was useless at coaching
    he was great to watch and had skills some of us have never seen

    but he couldnt coach that to others

    a lad called micky gynn was a great coach won an FA cup medal was great little midfielder but he wasnt natural so had to be well coached
    he then took this with him when he left coventry and koined warboys

    lads under him moved on well

    to be fare he lived next door to me brother in steves house
    he was always out side with the kids
    he gae me lad a shirt
    i can honestly say the times i et hism at boston which was twice a week he wasnt drunk .
    he was a top lad actually

    i think the owners promised him stuff then didnt deliver

    wrong club really as he was on a percentage of the gate
    and if they put the royal wedding on in bostons ground the pheckers still wouldnt get out their tractors and go and have a look
