Mmmm, maybe an organisation that successfully owns 90% of World media events rights could be an ideal starting point and obviously any connecting parties to such a company would obviously benefit too.

Even maybe better for a city like Leeds which is a leader now within the digital hub sector to benefit too from future possible employment opportunities should finance come their way via football via a very savvy individuals five year plan backed by a forward thinking local council.

Of course - as you've stated WTF do I know about such matters.

WHAT THE F00K DOES ANY OF THE ABOVE HAVE TO DO WITH LEEDS UNITED, DID YOU GET THAT?????????

I don't CARE if you "know about such matters", as you are oft fond of condecendingly remaining all us small people with smaller intellects than you.

WHAT do your pontifications and surmisings have to do with the Leeds team who tens of thousands if supporters IN THIS COUNTRY go to watch, and who we wish were the subject of even a small percentage of the devotion you seem to think is warranted on countries far far away?

BTW, the "beneficiaries" seem to be ever so likely the owners of those TV rights, although how that might benefit Leeds United remains to be seen.

Predictive text ("remaining" should have been "reminding"), otherwise reasonably articulate IMHO (and a couple of glasses of red won't get me more than "relaxed"). And "deep, meaningful"? Nah, just a tad frustrated with constant references to the Balkans and how our owner is investing there, when as Leeds owner I'd prefer to see him making investments in the 1st team.

Okay folks my thread and my final words.
The Thread was about football and ultimately the effects on Leeds United.
I never asked for 'critiques' of my presentation style.
Image rights were prevalent in posts throughout starting with Lowery's image of football and balanced with the 'modern' image of football now.
Lowery's image was created,is owned, marketed and makes money today.
Footballs image was created,is owned, marketed and makes money today.

Our owner owns 'image rights' globally, there're marketed and make money today.
Our owners partners connections produce media 'hard wear' to propel his images globally thus making money today.
Part of that 'pot' will benefit Leeds,it's club,it's city and its economy growth and its people.
As for Leeds United he already streams Leeds games in lieu of the FL relaxing rules that Cellino challenged and he initiated on that from the off - not to many clubs stream games ...........

Myself, I've marketed music sounds for studios and performance once (records, tapes,cd's).
Myself, I now market music sounds for media, also free media (as in YouTube),as streamed image has replaced records, tapes,cd's,live performance - images produced are controlled to targeted audiences. Some clients want safe glossy produced image for Pub bar screens audience, some folks want 'raw' in your face images shot on a mobile phone video - whatever I'll give what the music market wants as the genre of music I promote will not get public air play so images produced hopefully gets bums on seats eventually down the line live concert wise regardless and following merchandising then kicks in to boost financials for a whole differing market as some on here will testify to.

As hopelessly optimistic states 'numbers' are key in everything - numbers decoded create computer images too and then as my husband knew well as a digital technology coding geek such technology pays well but pays very well for the likes of the Raddz if you create the soft wear, own it,sell it,market it,control the market by owning the image rights projected via the soft wear and thus he has taken the whole media philosophy to a globally higher level finance wise and he is on record regardless stating that one of his operations, being Leeds United, with respect to budget 'numbers' that they will be reviewed annually and hopefully his first six months in control will produce more budget numbers and more financial numbers from his backers too in time.I see that as a rational sensible transparent statement.

I rest my case & this Thread. (Shame it got hijacked).

If responding with questions, pointed or not, comments etc is "hijacking" then guilty as charged.

Just one small point, for someone dealing in the media world an given the emphasis on the words by the use of "" it's a tad surprising that the spelling of hardware and software is consistently wrong.
