Sorry what I meant was is there not another shareholder or shareholders FPS can purchase shares off?

Or is it only dfcss that has the amount needed?

my post had an implied no in it, did you miss it shaded is correct in saying fps couldn't get the shares for what they offered the ss, due to everyone bar dfcss buying their shares with their own money at market value. Dfcss used money that was meant to be given to the club no strings attached. Dfcss have probably bought about 8k worth of shares with their own money to be fair so it's a good deal

Once again you are posting a lot of nonsense. The administrator gave DFCSS their current shareholding in exchange for them handing over £150,000 raised by the fans to be used to pay 100p in the pound for preferential creditors and 6p in the pound for ordinary creditors.
At NO time did DFCSS use the money raised by the fans to purchase shares in Dundee Football Club Limited.
When Bill Colvin was Chairman he insisted that DFCSS received shares in exchange for a donation towards the cost of the Ladies toilets at the rear of the South Enclosure. From memory I think that the donation was £20,000.

like your previous post saying I posted a load of nonsense? I'm not going to reply to that post as you actually agree with me that dfcss were given shares in exchange for money raised by fans to save the club. You obviously view money raised by fans as belonging to dfcss which I fundamentally disagree with. Dfcss have paid for shares with other people's money, that includes the A shares which were appropriated with money raised during admin 1. Which I totally agreed with at the time, funnily enough. And you're really not that bright so I don't need anything islay-splained, thanks. At no point in my post did I say Dfcss purchased shares during admin 2, thanks. I specifically said dfcss did not buy any shares in the normal fashion.

It might have been an irrelevance to you but nobody else has complained about it.

Since it was aimed at me, why would they. I actually looked at the FAQs, completely irrelevant as I thought. Are you aware a new share issue was required in 2013 because DFCSS helped themselves to the un-allocated shares? For free?
