Opinion based on.........????? Absolutely nothing, hence making a tool of himself by displaying rank ignorance and outright laziness. Getting the full LUFC stats is as difficult as putting "BPF vs Casilla" into a Google search, but then that would show objectively, that BPF is by no means the "worst shot stopper" at Elland Road, far from it.

And the signing of the lad from Lorient? Excuse me if I'm not so excited, and I suspect if the other lad from Arsenal comes in (not signed by the way, not yet anyway) he will go into the U23s "for a while", again, less than scintillating news.

but that is the point you might not be excited as you say but others might have a different take and you seem intent on making everyone see the negative in everything.

we were very good against a decent Bristol team with a few players not fully on song which means there is more to come. Most agreed we were a few players light and the club seems to be addressing it. I realise you see it differently but it doesn’t mean I want to wallow in your ‘despair’

If you look back at my player review following the Bristol game, I was positive about several players, critical of some, etc. Amongst many who commented however, I observed that we were playing a team that didn't turn up in the first half, and when they did in the latter part of the second, caused us no end of problems. What I post you can take as "despair", I prefer it to be seen (of course) as sceptical objectivity (if such a thing exists).

I take it that by "addressing it" you refer to the (possibly) two signings today? You mentioned on the "Why bother" thread that "there are a lot of youngsters pushing for the 1st team", but we have just loaned-in ANOTHER 18yr old (GK) (who surely cannot be regarded as a 2nd string to Casilla?), and are rumoured to be loaning-in YET ANOTHER teenager (attacker), so forgive me if I feel some sympathy for those in the league-winning U23s squad who see new players coming in, yet the likes of Struik, Edmonson, Shackleton, Temenuzhkov etc. get almost zero game time.

Looks a very promising signing and like Costa pointed out since it's international loan it won't impact five in squad rule (don't see that been a problem since I can't see all the loanees playing at the same time). So if KC is injured or whatever he can drop right in, nice to see we got an option to buy also.

Oh and one stat regarding KC that wasn't mentioned, he had the fourth highest number of defenses clearances in the league last season, the three above him all played over 30 games, KC played 19.

He terrifying to watch but I like the pace he tries to inject into the game, his distribution and the fact he's not uncomfortable playing the ball out from the back (an MB essential).

He will probably be the death of me this season but I like him the more I see of him and I think he's going to have a more positive impact this season.

If there better than what we have already I don't see a problem bringing them in.

I think we will be good enough that any keep we have will not have to be shey given during the new castle years

No point in worrying about things you've got no influence over, might just as well sit back and enjoy it, life's too short.
