I hope there is another EU referendum but if you are right and the result is the same then actually I think we would leave this time as all the arguments about the last vote being held amongst lack of knowledge would be washed away as this time we would all know what we are facing so MP's would push through whatever deal is in place at the time the referendum was held. For what it's worth I actually think we would vote remain next time

I dunno, I don't see much buyer's remorse Daan Saarf. Maybe the Taffs might vote a bit differently but they Morris dancing Nigel (unts still blame the EU for all the funny talking foreigners holding this country back from becoming the world force as it was in the 19th Century.

You only need just over 600,000 out of the 17.4Million that voted leave last time to change their minds and remain wins. In addition the age profile probably favours remain as last time over 65's voted 64/36 to leave and under 24's voted 71/29 to remain. Dare I say some of the over 65's are no longer with us and a number of youngsters are now eligible to vote. I realise that some who voted remain last time might vote leave this time but struggling to think there will be a huge movement like this given all of the sh1t that has happened in the last 3 years. My money would be on a remain victory

I don't think they could go back with a straight yes/no again.
It would have to be "This negotiated del/remain" or "No deal exit/remain".

Farage et al will just say "If you vote Remain, it's 1 all and we go again. If you vote Leave, we're out asap and this is finished." As people are pig sick of it all, it might work.

But there won't be a second referendom. It'll be a b@stardised version of May's deal that finally limps over the line.

Here's the big problem with today's court ruling - a bunch of unelected judges have given themselves more power. Neither parliament or the government said they had this power, they just helped themselves. This has created a precedent and there will now be many more court cases like this. We are now on the slippery slope to rule by unelected judges.

Surely can't be any worse than being ruled by an unelected Prime Minister who is basically saying f@ck the law of the land

Of course it can. We can get rid of Boris at the next general election which is coming soon. It is impossible to get rid of unelected judges.
