The separation of powers does not give the court the right to question the reason a political decision was taken and should never ever have had the chance to do so. Political decisions do not belong in the hands of none political none elected people. These judges practice law not politics and are in no way attuned to political matters. That is the truth of it no matter what you say or think.

Yes we know it is a fact but are the reasons given for the verdict fact or is it opinion or even did the judges rule with the intention of opening doors that were not there to open before.
Whoever wins the next GE will find out if the law is going to hinder political decisions or not but my guess is that from now on any laws made by any government will not only have to pass the house of commons and the house of lords but also the law too. A sad day for democracy.
