In DM's many many failings and there are many one decision for me sticks out like a sair thumb and tells us all we need to know about him as a Manager/Leader.
That is appointing Joe Lewis as club captain ! No refection on Joe who's a superb player but any Manager who appoints a goalkeeper to lead the team on the field is a phuckin @rsehole and obviously knows nothing about motivating a team. Our team is screaming out for a leader on the field... I don't know what his situation is at Derby or if he would come back to Aberdeen but this team needs Shinnie or someone like him. But of course with such a buffoon at the helm my whole post is academic.
