200 more cases today in UK- still accelerating, unfortunately. At least no more deaths reported

I know this is going to sound very simplistic but why not just protect the people which are most vulnerable because it appears they are the ones most likely to die from the virus and let the rest of us get on with getting the bug in our own time like any other bug we may get. They say for most the bug is very mild. Once we have had it surely we should be immune then and get on with our chuffin lives again.

So that includes anyone over 60 here being told to take active precautions against getting the virus. How many MMadsters would that include? I'm OK for 6 months

Only 6 more fresh cases in China. Thats remarkable for such a big population. Shows it can be tackled.

Re China - it has taken them about 4 months and the near shut-down of some of their big cities to stop the virus. Will we follow the same strategy?

We are supposed to be flying to Alicante on Tuesday from Doncaster, staying in Altea, other side of Benidorm, bars & restaurants are to close down at midnight in Benidorm, Alicante, Valencia etc.
Just waiting for Tui to send a e-mail if holiday on or off, boarding passes printed off, car park booked.
