I don't know if this has been posted elsewhere, but the club are giving free tickets to NHS workers when the season resumes:

Nice gesture to offer ST holders who work for the NHS a free hospitality upgrade.

Cheers 61. All our brave frontline staff deserve all the support we can give them, my wife and Elite's daughters are indeed stars.

Showed Marie ( the wife ) that yesterday. She won't be taking up on the offer........I've tried so hard over the years but she simply doesn't get it.

My wife said so and so is off work again so I have to do an extra shift. I said that's an unusual name , she said she's Bulgarian. I said lazy Bulgarian b@astard. Bit like you said " lazy Scottish b@stard" . Hope that answers your question.
On another note fatlad. As your wife volunteered to help the NHS in this national emergengy ?
You’re right. If I used that person’s nationality as a pejorative, I apologise. As should you. We’ve both learnt that where a person comes from shouldn’t matter.

Btw, Why would your wife ‘have’ to do an extra shift? She might have volunteered to do overtime to cover sickness. My missus hasn’t volunteered for anything, she’s still got her own job to do. Plus, as I said, the government’s preparations have been crap, and will put thousands of front line workers and their families at risk. But you carry on clapping.

When my lad was born she went down to 2 days a week then upped it to 3, even though she can afford to retire. On her 2 days off she loves taking my lad to school and picking him up but if they are short at work on her days off, she will go in. Hope that answers your question.

And Elite's family plus anyone else concerned, they are a great credit to the country and everyone thanks them for the personal risks they take daily.

.............and all the best to you mate. The quiet before the storm but she's ready. I apologise if you've told us before, but coming from Leeds, why do you support Notts? Must be a Nottingham connection or simply the sensible thing to do.
