I've nothing against Bardsley BT, he's one of those 'does what it says on the tin' players, but at this stage of his career he won't do, neither will Lowton, and I'm not sure Smith will either. He'll be 30 by the time the season's out and with him in Bournemouth managed to win just 5 out of 25 games. Is he the future for us, can't see it myself.

Why don't we just sell Gibson and Lowton and bring Trippier back home? It's not that hard to fathom out is it?

In spite of what Keiran has said, he just may feel that the time is not right to come back to Burnley or his agent is telling him that he can get better deals --who knows. BT, your idea of selling A & B to buy C is simple on paper, however, it is not the way that football transfers work. The main bugbear is always the agents who will always want to get the best deal ---not for the client but for his/her own pocket! Sad isn't it?

I think Kieran will decide what he does and where he goes not his agent.

If there's a brick wall nearby BT, go and bang your head against it, it's about as much use as pointing out how we could fund Tripps to Burnley. I just don't think we'll go near him, Garlick knows the last two clubs he's played for pay wages that give him nose bleeds just thinking about it. He won't even be on the edge of our radar.

When something hurts BT, eventually people stop doing it, I wonder how much longer Sean is prepared to continue banging his head against Mr Garlick's brick wall ?
