Very disappointing indeed.
I'm pleased that we are now getting better at recruiting players, but we need to have the same awareness of the talent already in our own camp and work harder to keep them. Whenever Ozzy was given a chance - and it wasn't often - he played well and looked a real threat. If he had struggled and looked too lightweight I could understand it, but he didn't. He offered enough to keep his first-team shirt but the manager went for the "safety" of recalling a player like Enzio, not always deservedly. This definitely goes down a minus mark on Neal Ardley's card for me.
