I’m not getting into an argument with you big lad because I normally agree with your comments about Warney
Sorry mate I think I may have misunderstood your post. Yes you are correct in what you say about those saying it was wrong to play the game etc but the rules are the same for everyone and if you choose (as we have) to have a small squad then that is not the EFL's problem that is soley down to the club.

    Not too many options tonight.
But a good manager must give his team (whoever they are) the best chance of winning a game of football because that is his job. From the start all Warny has done is play our team down and build up the other team. Same for tonights game, it was all, we dont want to play it but I didnt want to risk a fine... WTF!!! I thought he was progressing well and was going to be a good manager for us but unfortunately for right now and maybe a couple of more years he has reached his limit. It's not his fault because he still has a lot to learn but for right now league one is his natural home.

Considering what’s happened I’d say we didn’t do too bad and definitely would have won if we didn’t have COVID problems and under normal circumstances if you actually read comments you’d find I would’ve moaned about Warne or whatever but hey ho whatever
    Almost. But no cigar.

No, it's not down to the club. Every team at this level has 25 players. We have 5? LTIs?

Proper over achieving in my opinion given the spend at this level .
He is doing a fine job mate thats for sure. Both those subs were brilliant IMHO Palmer is a tough little frucker and puts himself about a bit and Thomas is a BIG threat when going forward.

I suspect that, not wishing to have a fine or points deduction, or both, was not PWs decision. Not everything in life is his fault, BL

I'm confused by the "choose to have a small squad" comment BigLad. Dont we have the exact same size squad as every other championship club?

Showed tonight that the Millers are short of a left back, Barnsley played down their right wing, causing Wiles all sorts of problems, with Woody not having the legs to help cover him. Barnsley did their homework on our weakness, personally i would have preferred Thomson at left back, ok not a left back, but at least he is a defender.
Vassell to go, maybe Flo sent back, along with Hirst to their parent clubs, personally bring Kayode back, he's a big lad who will cause opposing defences problems, he can't do no worse than Hirst.
With only having Smith has a natural big centre forward, we need cover, if Smithy gets injured or suspended.

You are of course quite correct. (I thought because of covid some changes had been made to go back to somthing simlar to the emergancy loan system) but I have had a quick look round and maybe I am wrong about that part.
