I agree Ketts. I used to do lots of jogging myself but you can move out of the way of ignorant pedestrians but joggers are on top of you before you have time to move or react especially if elderly. It makes more nervous ( at the moment ) when someone is running past you puffing and panting covered in sweat.

Yesterday I focused on the dog and this stupid girl puffing and panting was almost going past me before I realized - she could have gone in a wide road/swapped sides but she didn't. She got upset when she was verbally abused but I don't want Covid! When I jogged a lot on a momentum - it was easy to swerve someone as you are running as opposed to expecting the other person to move who probably has not heard you - as in my case!
