I'm pretty sure I heard a Premier sports presenter say that. Would be unusual for the BBC not to get one. Do they bid for the games I wonder, and if so what's it worth to us.

Come on tae fuc*, so you have never referred to another team and/or their fans by using words like filth (e.g. Scumdee)? I think this is pretty mild.
I would stop going anywhere near this forum if rival fans got banned for using fairly innocuous language. We should be encouraging other fans to come on for a discussion not banning them for referring to their biggest rivals with mild language. How many other words/terms have you used to refer to Celtic in the past. There are some teams I hate calling by their real name because of football rivalry but I'm not sectarian. Lets have a wee bit of tolerance and get on with life.

I’ve looked up the SFA as well and it’s true. Anyone now on a booking (i.e. our bookings from Sunday) will now have their record ‘re-set’ for the semi. But if you’ve been booked twice before the semi then they count. Boyle was booked v Stranraer and Motherwell. He is now suspended. I think that is a massive loss for Hibs and a huge boost for ourselves.

Regarding the Butch, incredible as it seems that was his first booking in the Cup this season. It’s page 141 of the official rules listed here - https://www.scottishfa.co.uk/media/7...1-nov-2020.pdf

    Jesus lads.

Okay, apologies if I've pissed anyone off for merging threads. There were four threads all originally discussing the cup win. Two by JJ who admitted to being pished at the time of writing them, one by Teddy who numerous posters want banned and the main thread. The merged threads hadn't received any comments for a good number of hours yesterday whilst the main one was still very active so I decided to tidy things up and merge them into what I classed as the main cup thread to make the place a bit tidier & more user friendly. I didn't think WWIII would then commence. Again, I only merged them as they were somewhat idle and it was getting to be a pain trying to find threads to read in amongst these duplicates along with the many other Utd threads that are being turned into ones baiting those next door. If I've made the wrong call then I apologise but jesus, almost 5 pages since I went to bed last night from two guys complain.

As for the board getting spoiled GB. That's dome comment. For me, you continually spoil this place most Sunday nights with your endless rants on whatever subject, sometimes completely unrelated to Utd, replying to no one but yourself half the time until the early hours of the morning. Your constant YouTube links that no on replies to or the numerous times that you bait Peter and/or cause threads to turn into some kind of wind up by mocking them next door.

The sectarian stuff. It's already been discussed here and in private by the mods. Is 'filth' really any different to 'scum'. A word which has been well used in the past here to describe the old firm. You yourself JJ, used this word to describe Rangers on Sunday...."the scum are out"..... Whats the difference? Or is it okay to use phrases like that if you're a Utd fan?

Again, apologies for 'spoiling the fun' for a couple of you. It was nothing more than me trying to tidy the place up a bit. There's been lots of threads going way off topic lately & turning into something I'd expect from next door. These, along with the duplicates that hadn't been commented on for a number of hours, I felt were making the place a bit untidy so I chose to merge the four cup threads into one.

This is massive for us. He has the ability to carve teams open on his day.

Hibs forum is conclusive that Martin Boyle IS available for semi final as you needed 3 bookings before suspension?

Well, I’m not getting that as the official rule book seems pretty clear to me and that is that he should be suspended.

Hoban played on Sunday despite having 2 bookings already. Trust me, Boyle is available for the semi.

Looks like you're correct. Bummer. Unless of course the SSB's f*cked up, in that case we should be awarded a 3 nil victory! Oh wait....
