Once again it's time to move on from a thread that was created as a result of thread about a Notts player and his performance that was once again intentionally hijacked and derailed to more Non-Notts waffle that the vast majority are sick to the bank teeth of#ignored

However before I leave I must add that after Swale's original post I thought Pedro's 'hit piece' in the wee hours on him, not for the first time attacking NCMs selfless Mod, was in very poor taste and totally unnecessary.

I've quoted the post just as a reminder to all of what Swale and everyone is dealing with. You don't need to read it all you get the jist after just a few sentences.

I'm gonna try and end on a positive note as usual and following Jim's comments ("They know what they are mate"), the needless hijacking of the JOB thread and Swale's resulting actions I'm gonna turn these negatives into a positive and will try and concentrate more on football, Notts and this exciting end to the season. It is after all my long standing wish#allthingsnotts

Maybe others will do the same, you never know lol

It's only a partial solution at best. You can still see posts from posters on your 'ignore list' prior to logging in and you can see their posts if some other poster 'quotes them'.

Nevertheless I'd like to give it a try because I'd like this forum even more if I could simply put two or three people on my 'ignore' list. Having to be logged in for it to work shouldn't be a problem, if only the system didn't keep logging me out. I've looked through the settings to see if I can extend the time I'm logged in, but I can't see anything. I seem to be automatically logged out in less than five minutes, even if I'm actively browsing topics. Can anyone suggest a setting I'm missing?
