It's this philosophy of the club that I can't buy into either if I'm being honest. It's a lot of Americanised claptrap, it's like Fat Tony has watched the film Moneyball and thought what a great idea but 1st we need to get rid of this wee upstart.......

We should not be signing any player released by a relegated club though especially not to replace Benji, the points difference between the two keepers will probably be relegation or survival that's how important that position is.
Well done GB - absolutely agree. Give Benji a gilt-edged contract extension so we have him for another year. A good goalkeeper can win you as many points in those tight games as a good striker.

It's kind of my point. Look at the wages we're spunking on Pawlett Harkes Butcher Connolly and Clark. That's 5 just for starters.

If I was in charge I'd have less coaches, less mentors (wtf) and a smaller squad which in turn might allow us to pay what we need to in order to get real quality in key positions.

The Man City manual is fine for Man City but they are football billionaires.

There was a poll on The Big Man's appointment of Tam and as far as i remember it was a landslide for NO.

Think you know what I mean?

All this data bull5hit is the American way and they are gambling that it works at the 6th biggest club in a wee footballing country.

Na,no for me. I'm absolutely dreading this experiment.

This is exactly where I'm at as well. We may be proved wrong, who knows, but f*ck me, we're Dundee Utd not Man Utd. Can we no just get a team on the park with round pegs in round holes first?
