I did get a little confused with SmiffyPie's post, as my understanding of WASP is that it means We Are *** Perverts . WASP were also an ace rock band.

I too share you optimism in regards to the owners, and I'm also a big fan of IB. I've been impressed since he arrived.
    IB hasn't achieved anything yet.

Perhaps they sre just fed up with it? Meaningless gesture, it isn't going to change anything.

Other than getting considerably more out of certain players than his predecessor. He's changed the entire system/formation, the complete style of play which the vast majority of fans (using NCM, Facebook group as guides only) seem to prefer, and along with owners has injected real enthusiasm and hope back into the club and fanbase mainly through a series of excellent honest and insightful interviews covering a wide variety of topics.

Not bad for a PE teacher , to date have you not been impressed uysapie?

What he obviously hasn't achieved is promotion, but nobody at Notts has since Cotterill over a decade ago. And then a another full decade before that with Big Sam.

I'm sure he knows that's the big one, that's the one he needs to achieve to stay in the job.

A bit off topic but needed saying #bandwagon

Apart from improving us in the style of play to a modern game once they'd had more than 3 training sessions, the training sessions have improved no end both tactically and participants enjoyment, has a much better and positive attitude, has brought in players we should be bringing in for this level who can grow with us and hopefully get a profit on if we sell, he's improved some players beyond recognition, he changes games to go and win them instead of hold on for the point.

I think he'll have had a hand in the new training analysis system and he's also partly responsible for actually feeling like a football club again to be taken seriously which will also translate into season ticket sales. Even the players who've left said after Ardley went and he came it is was chalk and cheese and they actually enjoyed playing again. Ardley used to think how don't we lose whereas IB thinks how can we win. To say he's done nothing is wrong and might lead to people calling for his head after 2 loses. He's not won anything with Notts but not many do, I can only judge by what I see on and off the pitch and he's done alot in the short time he's been here.
