Hmmm... did you see the modern pentathlon last week? The competitors are allocated a horse for the show jumping event and have only 20 minutes to get to know each other. The German woman was unable to get the horse she was allocated to do anything and her chances evaporated within minutes. She left the arena in tears. Apparently the horse has a bit of a history of being awkward.

Next day in the men's competition, the GB lad drew exactly the same horse. After a slight error at the first fence, the rest of his round was flawless. He went on to win the gold medal.

I think it's unfair to say that the horse does all the work.

    And the dressage?

As for the dodgy horse the German coach suggested giving it a thump. She was banned from the games. Which might be hypocritical if the rumour of using electric cattle prods to teach horses to lift their hooves is true.

    Not half.

They were fairly dominant back there. Pudgie was the main man.

I'll throw a couple from over the pond in the mix.

Ten Pin Bowling a 300 - all on you but many, many have done it.
Pitching a perfect game in baseball. 27 up. 27 out without anyone getting on base. Often needs a couple of miracle plays from your fielding team mates to achieve.

On a personal note I have one. Used to play a lot of darts in Northamptonshire in the 80s and for some reason at the time many of the leagues played 301, start and finish on a double. I once did it in the minimum of 6. 160 start and 141 finish.

PS I could include eating 75 hot dogs and buns in 10 minutes but I assume to most Millers fans that's just a snack
