The moment all those years ago when Eddie Hemmings hit THAT four. Remember where I was as we listened to the final moments of the B &H final, what the portable radio looked like, and dancing round the kitchen with joy.
I remember THAT four for very different reasons. It was on BBC back then and we were staying in a one star (at best) chalet just outside Great Yarmouth. It was when you had to put coins in the meter to get electricity, and just as the final ball was about to be bowled the telly went off!!! After a frantic search for coins all I got was the Notts players celebrating. I've watched the replay several times since, and Richie Benaud saying "he's got it awaaay" is a phrase I'll always remember.
