Our problem us having a **** owner and no investment. Been obvious since the start of the season and a car crash waiting to happen. Struggle to seeing us make the automatics this year ... we are just too inconsistent and do far unable to break down defensive teams who come to the Albion and park the bus.

Unless we get a decent striker and a creative midfielder in the window ... best we can hope for is the play-offs .... which wouldn’t be a bad achievement on the squad we have.

Who do Villa think they are? Spent a few hundred million, backed by billionaire owners, stated ambition of european football - probably answers the question.

The manager usually cops it if results don't go the way the moneymen want, but the manner of several performances have been a concern plus players fighting amongst themselves. All isn't well behind the scenes as well as the circus around Grealish's move 3 weeks before the season started and with some new signings unfit, Covid, injuries, international breaks have all player their part. All of that aside - the players just haven't turned up and given their all for 90mins in my view, but can't be sacked.

We need to get up as soon as possible, just to have a good chance of getting rid of the parasite.
Not bothered if we don't play like Brazil, just get up.

Wrong! Do you really think Livermore, Ajayi, Robinson, Hugill, Kipre, Snodgrass and Grant ( apart from goals ) would suddenly become quality under any other manager!

I don't and here lies the answer.

Evening WCV - went to Harrogate v Wrexham after a long trek midweek and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Everything about the community feel and being valued - players all giving 100%. Great time!

Then you look at the Premier - Kane can't be bothered to give even 50% to Spurs as 200K a week is not enough, Norwich sack a decent manager but don't invest, then the s hite with Var - great goal but it's not, Grealish being sold for 100 million when he's worth 50 if that - great player but pure class - your having a laugh as far better players in that City side than he will ever be. Qatar World Cup - more greed and corruption. I could go on!

Championship - clubs running on huge debt - West Brom owned by a complete w anker who wants out and invests zero and rapes the club. Two horse race ( because two sides invested ) for promotion in the weakest championship for years.

How is going to these matches inspiring anymore for true supporters! 100 million for Grealish FFS - what did the club give back to those loyal Villa supporters on receiving that payment - not even a free hot dog! Disgusting.....

PS - do Newcastle supporters honestly believe than Eddie Howe will be any better than Bruce unless he's given sacks of money or do Villa supporters honestly think they are going to get the next Klopp or Pepe? I don't!

11 of yesterdays squad were in the match day squad that beat Chelsea 5-2 last season away

8 of them in squad that drew 1-1 away at Man City

So if they could do it then why can’t they do it now ? 🤷*♂️

    Man management tactics ?

One match - what about every other match! Chorley beat Derby last season but are they better?

As you have mentioned last seasons squad - Gallagher, Okay, Maitland-Niles, Pereira, Krovinovic, Hegazi - nobody anywhere near this quality in the current squad. Are you saying there is?

Even Austin and HRK are miles better than Zohore and Hugill FFS!
