What are these two columns of data showing gm? One column on the left shows falling figures, the one on the right are increasing. What are they showing?

Not really hard to work out that they are daily and cumulative infections as the number in the 2nd column is 'roughly' increasing by the number in the first.

Not hard for some Cam but hard for me with my cse grade 4 maths! If I see two huge columns of data without headings or context I'm ****ed
