He's still capable of finding a good ball in moments but he's getting booked regularly for mistimed challenges and starting to look clumsy. If the Funsters think he's keeping them up they're wrong.
A quick check over the road most of them are just relieved they didn't lose and taking the positives from what they describe as a much improved performance. I think they're going down.
He is Tom Kite and goosed. 60 minutes a match is all they’re gonna get out of him plus a good few bookings. Long may he continue.

I think if we were a couple up he might have got on and I hope he gets on v St Johnstone. Just think a derby might have been the wrong match to start with imo.

i did a quick vox pop in the pub beforehand (Halleys) and most funsters were expecting to lose. We're in for a fight this season unless the new signing turn up trumps. Our points tally aint going up at a rapid rate is it?

personally i thought it wrong to put Smith in a derby after so long out. Sheep should have stayed on. I thought it a wasted sub unless there was an injury. I honestly dont see what harm it could have done to put them on. It would have offered something new. We are bereft of ideas atm

Well we let players go that would have featured so why not?

In fact we let a guy go who's scored in a derby in order to bring this guy in. So whilst I do understand your point, I am not happy with the clubs decisions and if we have brought the guy in then ****ing play him

If he had a week training with the team etc then definitely I would have had him on at some point. We should have had Niskanen on from the start attacking their new right back who looked like a deer in the headlights at first(although he did settle).

This all day long. Lots being said about the strikers but the midfield is the biggest problem by far. Last night was crying our for a match fit Kevin Mcdonald. Someone to calm things down, control the midfield, spot that pass and get us up the park. The sooner we get him up to speed and on the park the better. Levitt took a game after about 75mins but until then was a complete passenger. Harkes is just not the man we need playing as our main source of middle of the park creativity either. Happy for him to go at the end of the season. I thought the subs were the right ones. We really needed Pawlett on because of what I've just said. We had no one to drive us upfield. However last night showed the glaring mistake on the transfer window that was letting Appere go without a replacement. We had nothing, absolutely nothing that was going to change the tempo of that game after we'd made the 3 subs.
