Kirchner has missed the EFL deadline set for 5pm today

    What now EFL?

    More extensions and rule bending?

This latest incident is farcical beyond belief.

What do the EFL do now? Wait for Mike Ashley to take over who when he sees what he's getting for his money, may also say no? Then what?

All this scenario lies with Mel Morris but he has good connections in the EFL hence this dragging on far so long. Imagine if this was us....we'd be another Bury but oh not Derby though as they are 'Massive'

Enough is enough and if Ashley doesn't take over then the EFL/FA or whoever should dump Derby into League 2 and let the losing finalists in the League 2 play off be promoted in their place to League 1. The Scottish FA had the courage to do it to a far bigger club in Rangers but, have those at the FA got the same gonads to do it?

The new season will be upon us soon and if this isn't cleared up it will be too late to do what I suggested above as all fixtures will have to be rearranged causing mass confusion.....in words, Derby will get away with it again.

If I were Rooney I would walk away from it all. Currently he has 5 contracted players for next season and is still not allowed to sign anyone due to the non take over. Go for the Blackburn job and let Derby sort itself out.

Ashley and maybe many others will want the club but not pay off the creditors….that would evoke a 15 point penalty next season and players and staff will be free to leave without any fee or consequence and I am not sure but the administrators wouldn”t get their full fees/payout if that happens either which is why they are hanging on for dear life for a deal to be done ..

the stalling tactics cannot be allowed go on any longer………over to you EFL……..tick tock.. !..

Derby only have 5 players so would need another 11 more decent players for a big Club like Derby, how do they do that without breaking the spending rules again.
