Tony seems a weird one, I can only go by what I read, it seems that he can be tough at times but mostly it seems with folk who have no relation to what happens on the pitch.
As Sporting Director its his responsibility to have a structure in place to put us in a good position to move forward and achieve objectives
This has been reset too many times recently and each reset costs money which then has a knock on where objectives change from moving forward to standing still at best.
In a latest release Tony Asghar added: "Liam was clear in his interview with the Board on how he plans to improve short-term performance and results as he outlined a coaching and tactical plan to allow Dundee United to return to our long-term strategy.

Surely given the number of resets Tony should wise up and want proof that short term performance and results have improved before dipping into said pot and dishing out 2 year contracts?

If 3 games is truly a good probation then he is easily influenced and knee jerk. These tendencies inevitably result in failure and with the current team following Tony's lead on the pitch then its no surprise we are where we are.
End of October should have been the minimum period to be able to judge.
We can but hope Tony has been in the delorean and has seen our results, but without seeing the Almanac, I will pause before eating humble pie, which I very much hope to do
