I actually don't think work ethic in our first XI is such a problem. I just don't think we are a streetwise team. I'd like someone with a bit of nous, someone who can improve our players. I don't think a manager who comes in raging at me every day would improve my performance at work.
And that’s part of the problem with your generation and younger, you require too much TLC and being cuddled.
