Do you really find them chalk and cheese? MT talks about taking wins where we can at home and needing players on board.
    Same things Warne would say.
    Same formation.
    Same work ethic.
    Same rallying calls.

This season we had started to compete at this level.
Happy to continue to do so.

A lot of managers sound alike

I want to hear what MT says when we play badly.

To see if he says “ I was proud of the lads”

Very impressed with this fella so far. Intelligent, articulate and excited to be where he is. I look forward to his interviews. Tremendous appointment by TS.

    How so ?
I sure we were in 8th when he left, so he obviously had no idea.

Has I posted Matt Tagylor said, after the Huddersfield game, he's just learning about Kelly, hopefully Kelly proves to be a outstanding goal scorer for the Millers, hopefully one who can score as many goals as Le Fondre.

We were never going to stay in the top half of the table with Warney's squad. Saturday MT he changed it quicker than Warney would have done to get us a much needed win. Tomorrow night at Stoke we're going to need our players who are up for the battle.

To be fair if we win our game we'd be 7th or 8th as things stand. And we lost a game before he joined us.

I think he seems like a great appointment to build on the Warne ethos.

May be way off beam here gru, but it seems to me that the written style of this post is vastly different and improved from the ones you have posted over the past year or so. Either you have suddenly seen the light and started posting in full sentences or your concentration has slipped.
