It's very easy - you elect someone, send a letter to the club secretary stating that person has been elected and state that they must be admitted to the BoD, in the reserved primary supporter rep position, at the earliest opportunity. It's not for the club board to say whether they will or will not accept any individual to that primary position as they have no option. Should the club fail to accept the properly nominated individual, and fail to send off the appropriate documentation to Companies House and the SPFL, I'm sure there must be formal channels through which that refusal can be challenged.

It's all fine and well the Dee4L board discussing but it has to be taken formally to the club and the conduit for such communication must be the properly elected representative who has subsequently been formally appointed as a director of the club.

SLO is the type John Nelms likes to work with - really nice guy, quiet, never questions and accepts anything JN says to him. That's why Nelms was so keen to get him back on board after he resigned the post. SLO is a league requirement, can you imagine Linda's reaction if someone had gone in there who actually asked the awkward questions and actually liaised with fans?
