Enjoyed the game - some great performances and Hugill is just what we need up front. We could well have been very disjointed today with all the new faces but it was encouragingly organised. The basics of throw-ins, free kicks and corners need to be worked on - they were poor today but that will come with togetherness. A word of sympathy for Bailey Wright - has a debut ever been so short without the player touching the ball? He looks a good, strong unit! Encouraged and hopeful!

Cayton pal you may well have the answer there. 5 from the last 9 points and all against higher opposition! Are we also going to see a solid run put together after today's performance?

A good solid performance today against a very good side.
Fair result with neither side really threatening the goalies.
Best chance was Odoffins header in the first half
Hall and Humphreys were immense at the back with young Leo battling with Cameron for MOM.
Hugill slotted in fine, loved his effort, skill and commitment a crackling signing.
Coventry showed later on and will only get better.
Oddoffin was really good again and the rest of the lads were brilliant.
I hope Wright isn't injured too much, he did touch the ball with an intelligent head back to Victor prior to his injury.
Also anyone who thinks the ref had a good game need therapy, the free kick he gave at the end of the first half was one of the worst decisions I have ever seen.

That ref decision, he didn’t see it, the linesman was in the opposite half but he picked up on something said by the fourth official via his earpiece. He gave the free kick on that basis

I said a while ago that there were only two good sides in the Championship. I was wrong. There are some very good sides finding form such as WBA and Boro. Burnley have gone but Sheff U could get caught. Remember us last season when we got the wobbles.

We are easily good enough to get well clear. We are no longer the plucky little outsiders. We will give anyone a game and win more than we lose.

It's always good to be a Miller. The last 10 years have been very special and if we can hang on to this fella at the helm then the next 10 will be too. UTM
