So we're after someone who has been playing regularly, quick, can pass the ball well and is strong in the air. Should be easy.

Would be handy if he could play in goal if required too.

You are quite perfectly correct Laddo but we still have that need.

I'd be surprised if we're not looking at Lopata now he's a free agent. Would be a great signing to the end of the season, when I'd imagine he'd be looking at League 1 for his next club.

Dallas to Spireites is apparently happening, good signing if true.

Lopata is the obvious one but if not a player who is playing regularly in NL,NL South or North but I would imagine would command a fee so good enough to challenge for a place next season when everyone is fit and able to step up to Division 2 - would think there would probably be 2 or 3 at least that can fit the bill ?

I'd imagine some of Notts end of season recruitment has already been completed like they did last season.

That would be perfect. Could do with those goals from set pieces right now.

That goal Ellis scored against chesterfield is one of the highlights of my years watching Notts.

How about a cheeky offer to take centre back Steve Cook from the F-word on loan - after all he’s twiddling his thumbs after being left out of their 25 man squad. They would have to continue to pay his wages of course!
