I know these numbers are probably only a small consideration for most ST holders but when times are hard and there is a viable PATG option this could be enough to move away from ST holder to PATG. Also Islay, like me, is not an ST holder so making it easy for us to turn up and PATG is a personal preference.
I'd argue people are moving from PATG to non attending because there's no PATG cash and have been for a few years.
