Anytime a HC has to make changes at halftime and minutes in to the second half you know he's fecked up .

Collins is his worst enemy , this is a difficult gig at the best of times at this club but he's not helping himself .

In truth he doesn't know his ass from his elbow with regard to tactics , formation and the line up .

The consequences are clear to see , a disjointed group of players , no consistency and nobody sure of what they are supposed to be doing , we have absolutely no identity .

His selections are baffling , his tactics mind boggling .

Way out of his depth for me , personally I'd make the change tonight because I cannot offer up one positive aspect of Collins , nothing what so ever for us this season whilst he remains .

I know it won't happen and I know it comes across as harsh but in my opinion Collins is a liability we can well do without in an already poorly run football club .

    P.iss poor.
    We don’t look like scoring.
Teams just need to wait long enough until we make a mistake.
    Pedestrian football by Barnsley.
Jury well and truly out regarding this HC.
    2nd Half
Firstly and Importantly the Barnsley players are far far better than Blackpool players.
    But we lost.
Why - because the head coach does not understand the style and system that has been built at Barnsley.

Collins has instilled within this team a boring to watch sideways tippy tappy style.
This is NOT the Barnsley way.

We only started playing in the last 20 minutes when a bit of urgency crept into the side.
But by doing that the football was often rushed which produced a catalogue of mistakes.

As things stand we ain’t going nowhere with this head coach.
Collins needs sacking ASAP while something can be salvaged from the season.

Couldn’t unlock them despite having all the play in the last half hour
Cadden was brought on too late
If we’re going for playoffs this season we need to find a way to break teams down
Keep harping back to Luca, a player who can drop in to the pocket and receive the ball on the half turn
We need a link from the defence instead of punting hopeful floating balls down the channels
    Get well soon please lad

Didn’t see this post before I posted my summary of the 2nd Half.
But have got to agree with it.
    Collins has to go.
The playing style is unrecognisable to that of the head coaches that have gone before.
Except of course Schopp and Ashbagi.

He's way out of his depth YN , overwhelmed with the task at this club at this level , the expectation from the fans is reasonable .

A real scatter gun HC that shows no evidence what so ever that he's got this under control and on top of anything .

Too big a job for him in my opinion and it shows .

The job is a difficult one we all know that but he's clearly phased by it , the evidence is the extreme changes he makes and the lack of any identity in the style and formations .

Should never have been appointed in the first place and I had my reservations at the time .

Go get the Cambridge HC in , do it now before this season completely bombs .

Got to act because this league is absolute shyte , there are no excuses , it's abysmal .

    Blackpool were absolutely atrocious.
As were all the other teams that’s beaten us at Oakwell.
I’ve yet to see anything to beat in this league this season.
Which makes our results look even worse than what they already are.
We have the players to stroll through this league.
The reason we aren’t doing that has to be laid at the door of the head coach.
He’s changed the way the team works - and the results reflect this.
