    The question at the moment is whether the proposed buy out with 777 Partners will still go through. Presumably the prospective buyers will be told if the deal is approved by the EPL that they will have to take on any FFP penalties incurred by the previous owners. I am not wanting to kick Everton while they are down here. They were one of the main clubs to suffer from the European ban on English clubs after Heysel. There is no doubt however that if Everton have clearly breached FFP they will need to be held to account or there will be zero chance of dealing with any other miscreants.

    If the EPL are brave enough to open this particular can of worms Sir Outwood what on earth will they do with Manchester City...

    That’s the big question, BT.

    They will do nothing - a slap on the wrist maybe. They are not brave enough except when it comes to the small fry who they consider of no value to brand Premier League.

    I would love to see VK and the team enjoy the same success as SD and his team did qualifying for Europe. Rub the noses of them all in it.
