Not Ninja related but I did a lovely Lamb Bolognaise on Saturday

Browned some onions with bay and rosemary sprigs
Seared half a leg of lamb in the same pan
added Leek, Raw baby Carrots, Celery - Whole head of garlic
Then a bottle of ale and dried porcini mushrooms, 2 tins of tomatoes and cover with water
add salt, pepper and nutmeg
Bring to the boil
Lid on and in the oven on 150 for 6 hours
Pull all the lamb apart and take out the bone
Sprinkle some fresh thyme and add lemon zest

Serve with pasta, garlic bread and grated hard Italian cheese
Any leftovers? I can make dinner tonight. Red or white?
