Had a look on BBS - and UpTheColliers has been banned off here - presumably because he got involved with this thread.

I’ve nothing personal against Acido - he’s helped me in the past - but I do know there’s an unwritten rule on here that no one is supposed to answer his posts.
In that case we need a change of Admin.

Until Acido decides to step down from Admin then this message board will continue to limp along until it finally folds with hardly anyone posting from one week to the next.

You're better off staying well out of it Nerf.

The only sad thing is Colliers has reported his banning to the BBS Board and this has set off some of the usual culprits denigrating the Tykes Mad Forum. Why not leave fellow Barnsley fans to post where they wish without claiming one Forum is better than another ? There are a number of excellent posters on BBS as there are on Tykes Mad.

Leave the inter-board denigration to those who get pleasure from it. I can't see the point myself.

That’s true.
We are all Barnsley fans.
There should be no disputes between the message boards.

Personally I’m finding a couple of the Barnsley Facebook sites more enjoyable and informative now.
So I’ve no concern about being excluded off here.

But Acido continues to ride roughshod over posters on here - and it’s clearly apparent that no one is going to stand up to him.
No one is going to say anything to him.
Why ???
Only time I’ve ever seen anyone say summert to him was Animal about a year ago.
Which stuck in my mind because I’d not seen it done before - or since.

It’s not difficult to understand.
It seems to me that Acido is a person that has had little authority in life - and as such his role as Admin on here has gone to his head.
Thing is - he seemed such a nice fella when years ago I first contacted him.
It makes me wonder if something bad has since happened in his life.

He’s just had a dig at a newcomer and then banned one of the old timers.

Good signing is that and he will come in handy both on and off the pitch. Connor is the consummate professional and can only bring in positivity to the camp. Fair play to the board for making a very good signing.
