The fact that you think Biden's "potential crimes" are an issue but that Trump's actual crimes aren't real tells me you aren't nearly as centrist as you think you are. You clearly haven't looked at the evidence. What on earth are "potential crimes"? Crimes he hasn't committed yet? Or is that shorthand for crimes there are no evidence of?

There is no evidence Biden has committed a crime. If you think there is, by all means link it.

There's plenty of evidence of Trump crimes been submitted to various courts and published far and wide. He's been found guilty of 34 counts of criminal fraud by one jury, and has employed delaying tactics in his other cases. Not a defence of any kind, delay tactics. If you haven't seen any of that, again I question your claim of centrism. You're clearly getting your views from one arm of the biased media, or one thought bubble instead of the other and thinking that makes you centrist.
