Not often we agree but this.

As usual, a total over reaction from the clowns on here. Evans is ****e, JCH is finished, yawn yawn yawn.

It will take time for the team to gel and selling Rathbone was a gamble but we will be there or thereabouts come the end of the season.

I went, it wasn’t a good performance but the squad is stronger than the vast majority of division one.

Could it be the appointment of JCH has not gone down well with the rest of the players?Rathbone's exit was pretty quick.Could he have been promised the captaincy and that went tits up and then decided "I want to go"?The team picked yesterday was incredible, playing two slow forwards up front was never going to be a threat to a defence. We just didn't have any shape and playing two like for like central midfielders was a huge mistake.I hope Evo is going to turn things round but I am questioning the formation he played. We must get some quality up front with pace. The money we have raked in and there must be plenty of it, must be spent on these signings this week.

I said at the end of last season that I would be very happy if I never saw either Eaves or Hugill in a Millers shirt again. I’ve got half of my wish with Eaves leaving here’s hoping that Hugill follows him out of the door before the window closes.

I have seen nothing from Hugill in yesterday’s game or the friendlies before it to show that he is going to come good and be a major asset to the team.

Everything is a crisis for some people.
Just let the season unfold and support the team.
Just support, clue is in the title of what we are.
    Assess in May next year.
You are not managers scouts, players, owners.
If you dislike it all that much don't go just do something else. K

Yep, bit ott from some. Played badly but still had chances to score. Odoffin liked good and could have got a couple. Be a boon to tie him down as he will be huge for us this year I think. But worrying that in part match interview, Evans seemed to be taken by surprise by Rathbone sale. Thought that this dialogue of Rathbone's intention would have been well known to evidence so surprised he used it as reason for poor show. Same thing could occur with Odoffin but seems from Rathbone that Evans is still picking players regardless of if they are planning to leave. Worrying.

I'm with him on Nombe however. You have to set standards for training and if Nombe wasn't applying himself fully, you have to take action. However, pairing Hugill with Jonson was always worrying for me from the teamsheet coming out as was lack of quality ball playing potential and mobility in midfield.

Onwards. Learn from it and get it into gear. Utm.

    Rathbone' s exit pretty quick??

It was like watching a dying fly

His head was turned during the second half of last season- hence his dogsh it performances
