I do not think he should be sacked and I do not think there are a lot of options if he were. For me none of the above is the issue, the issues relating to Evans are the things he says and the way he presents himself, to the outside world Evans is representing our club and so the man reflects on our club and therefore us as fans. A lot of people might not care about such things, and that is fine, but it annoys me. The way that Odoffins contract has been dealt with is not good, if Evans wanted that sorted it would be, so that doesn't sit right for me. He gives a player that most of us can see should not be at the club the captains armband, that is a disgraceful decision. How does Rafferty feel about that, he was given the armband earlier this year, do they just pass it around like it means nothing, it should be earned and respected, if it isn't we have bigger problems. In my opinion Evans isn't good with young players, they take a style of management that he is not capable of doing, the chances of bringing through our best young players or bringing in good young players from other teams is zero. Style of football isn't good, so many fans can see we need width and when we bring it on it changes the game yesterday, it has taken 8 games for SE and PR to see that. There are other things as well. Now I hope we win our next two games and go on and do well and a lot of the issues become mild irritations, but until we start winning games Evans needs to think about what he says and not treat us like morons, because we are not.
The thing is regarding Haks contract is that you, or anyone else on here, has no idea what’s going on in the background. He might not want a new contract - why should he? If he thinks he can operate at Championship level and that being the case he’s better off waiting and being a free agent. Exactly the same happened with Ogbene. He gave us all the chat about wanting to stay but I know for a fact that despite many offers from the club he kicked them into the long grass.

The same for the captaincy - you don’t know the behind the scenes chat. Rafferty might not give a ****. You’re just looking for potential issue a when there is no evidence there’s a problem.

What is glaringly obvious is there has been hardly any investment in the playing staff. I’m pretty sure Evans expected to get the money from Rathbone. He didn’t and we have been left shorthanded in midfield. He’s also been left with the ****e Taylor brought in who are screwing the club over - Teihi, Nombe and Hughill namely.
