James Cryne is not a recruitment genius.

I'd suggest his success rate is pretty poor.

The best bit of recruitment last season was Collins and then the worst case of miss management was to get rid of him with one game to go and no replacement yet promotion was within our grasp , we are rudderless and that is is why our problems are gradually getting worse and worse.

Rather than putting cash from their pockets straight into the club with nothing to show for it the route of buying shares means they have Share Certificates in their hands which can later be redeemed/ sold. The money that could be received may be a little less if the share price falls but at least money put in can be recovered if some shares or even the whole club is sold.

James has been at Zelus Analytics for two years YN.

Nearly all clubs spend the largest proportion of their expenditure on the player budget. It is not special to BFC.
Yes I know you have explained the topic around the shares issue.
But I’d like to hear Neerav explain it.

If James has been at Zelus for two years then that explains a lot.
    The Collins appointment for one.
Watch Mladens reaction when I was describing the appointment of Collins and his style of play.

With James out of the picture - then it is likely Khaled would take more responsibility ie recruitment of Collins and players during summer 23.
As Neerav said - we came to a mutual agreement Khaled should leave.
That is to say - Khaled find yourself another job.
I’m guessing here - that’s because Khaled made a massive mistake hiring Collins that cost the club a chance at promotion - that’s not me saying Collins cost us - that’s the directors saying it.
And as Neerav said during the meeting - it’s going to take Clarke a while to sort the team out.

With regard to the players budget - I find it unbelievable that some supporters are saying that the playing budget should be cut.
Its the same supporters that consistently harp on about the directors having no ambition.
    Jeez !!!
    It’s laughable.

Now we know the full financial picture don't you think that changes opinions ?

Not only that don't think there's a difference between ambition and financial Armageddon ?

It wouldn't be so bad but what exactly are we seeing for £17m a year ?

A stadium devoid of atmosphere and at best only half full .

A stadium in a tired and sorry state .

Third consecutive season in league one and each one progressively worse than the last .

The £17m running costs should be an embarrassment for what it's delivering .

On another matter and sorry to break it to you regarding your man love relationship with James Cryne but whilst Jimmy Dimley has jumped ship a couple of years ago the club are still using his analytics model and software .

Were you aware of that ?

Unfortunately though Nudger tha took my posts about lack of ambition totally out of context. I said we lacked ambition in terms of where our pool of players came from and cost during last seasons summer transfer window. I wanted better than non league free transfers.

Your inability to read posts properly left you mistaking my take on lack of ambition for financial lunacy. An over exaggerated reaction by yourself I dare say. Obviously me and others on here were completely unaware of how serious our annual deficits were. Now we know the finances and debt then the common sense thing would be to obviously bring running costs down.

Sorry cocker - but have got to tell thi that yer not a director.
What you say and what directors say is mostly in the realms of chalk and cheese.
I could say fantasy and reality - but I won’t.
So apologies for listening to the directors in preference to listening to you.

We have these types of conversations after every Forum meeting.
It’s there for everyone to watch on YouTube.
But some supporters choose to hear the word white and then say they said black.

If i had the money Neerv has, and If i were losing £8m a year every year, then i would throw another £8M at it for one final, year towards decent player transfers, and wages. If that didnt work, I would walk away. Its worth that gamble….. so why arent they making a fist of it?

If I had the money…….No way would i spend £8m a year keeping something afloat that i only bought (allegedly) for a few million quid, and couldnt see a decent return…. For example….

Just how much did Dean Hoyle sell the dog botherers for ?Â…Â… are the owners hoing to reap anywhare near what they plant ? I think not.

So why? Why shore it up.?

Why do they keep investing £8m, with No hope whatsoever of recouping.
